I make a lot of mistakes. Here’s what I’ve learned: Look them square in the face and you’ll see them clearly. It’ll make you uncomfortable, but you’ll understand why you do what you do. That way, you’ll be less likely to make the same mistake again…and again…and again.

This decision–to create a website dedicated to this process–hopefully isn’t my latest mistake. But an open forum, enabling me and anyone else to do this publicly, seems like it can help.
